PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing error prevention system which prevents misidentification of medicine in dispensing, double dispensing, and dispensing omission.;SOLUTION: In dispensing, a bar code attached to a container or the like of the medicine is scanned from a bar code input part 3. A dispensing-medicine confirmation part 4 compares it with prescription information, and gives instructions to output a non-prescription warning for the misidentification of the medicine and a double-dispensing warning for the double dispensing.
