PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a keyword which is used for a search by other user and has high possibility of being useful for his/her own self regardless of whether the user performed the search or not.;SOLUTION: A keyword selection device identifies a group of either one from a plurality of groups (S1), and identifies one user belonging to the identified group (S2). The user identified in the step S2 is called "a specific user" in the following.
