PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable pay-out method and a pay-out device by which the number of coils to be mounted can be increased.;SOLUTION: The coil 3 includes an outer coil A which is annularly wound with an outer cable a, and an inner coil B which is annularly wound with an inner cable b inside the outer coil A.
