PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device and a check service for things left behind which can reduce the number of times a user receives unnecessary notification on things left behind in a vehicle.;SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device for detecting the things left behind in the vehicle is provided with a list storing section for storing a list of things to be detected as the things left behind, a things determining section for determining things in the vehicle when a vehicle occupant gets out of the vehicle, a things left behind detecting section for detecting a thing as the thing left behind if the thing determined by the things determining section is included on the list, and an outputting section for outputting the detection result of the things left behind detecting section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
