PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety check evaluation device that can accurately evaluate a driver's safety check operation during the right and left turns of a vehicle, from the behavior of the driver, particularly, the direction of the face and the direction of line of sight.;SOLUTION: A safety check evaluation device evaluates a vehicle driver's safety check operation, and comprises: an intersection estimation unit that estimates the time at which the vehicle enters an intersection; an information acquisition unit that acquires information on at least any one of the direction of the face or the direction of line of sight of the driver; and an evaluation unit that evaluates the driver's safety check operation on the basis of the information acquired within predetermined times before and after the entry time.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
