PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member of a foam molding capable of easily manufacturing a foam molding member with a plurality of locking parts respectively locked on a plurality of parts to be locked provided on a member to be mounted, a foam molding member with this mounting member, a method for manufacturing this foam molding member, and a mounting structure mounting this foam molding member on the member to be mounted.;SOLUTION: The mounting member 10 is to mount the foam molding 2 on the member 20 to be mounted. The mounting member 10 includes the locking part 11 which locks the part 21 to be locked provided on the member 20 to be mounted. The mounting member 10 is integrated with the foam molding 2 by insert molding.
