PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance convenience when improving the visibility of a web page.;SOLUTION: A web browser displaying a web page based on page data transmitted from a server is configured to be able to set and release an application display attribute used for displaying the web page instead of an original display attribute designated in the page data. A visual aid device comprises: a control addition unit that adds a switch control for switching a normal display mode M1 and a visual aid mode M2 having high visibility on the display screen of the web browser; a display attribute setting unit that sets the application display attribute in switching T12 from the normal display mode M1 to the visual aid mode M2, and releases the application display attribute in switching T21 from the visual aid mode M2 to the normal display mode M1; and a drawing instruction unit that instructs drawing of the web page on the web browser in switching of the normal display mode M1 and the visual aid mode M2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
