PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication service provision system which does not sever a once established connection and does not require increase in a necessary memory area when, after a connection between a mobile communication terminal device and a PDN has once been established, the connection is switched to another PDN by a settings change operation on the mobile communication terminal device.;SOLUTION: In a transmission line from a mobile communication terminal device 101 to a PDN, a PDN management gateway 120 is inserted in the termination part of a core network section CN, so that, even when a connection is made to plural PDNs, a PDN connection with the mobile communication terminal device 101 and the PDN management gateway 120 is made always the same.
