PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform arrangement of a component model on a substrate model automatically and in high precision.;SOLUTION: A design aiding device includes a processing part 13 which creates assembled model data, representing an assembled model that assumes arrangement of components to be designed on a substrate to be designed, on the basis of substrate data of a first storing part 11 and component data of a second storing part 12. The processing part 13 comprises: a recognizing part 131 which recognizes a mounting face of a component model defined by the component data, the mounting face being mounted on a substrate model defined by the substrate data; and an arrangement processing part 132 which creates the assembled model data by arranging the component model on the substrate model on the basis of the mounting face recognized by the recognizing part 131.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
