PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of processing a charge distribution based on a spreading function and a predefined operation.SOLUTION: The method comprises processing of a charge distribution based on a spreading function and a predefined operation. The spreading function is represented as a convolution of a first spreading function and a second spreading function, and the first spreading function represents a different distribution from the second spreading function. The processing of the charge distribution includes: application of the first spreading function in a real domain to determine charge values at lattice positions from the charge distribution; application of the operation to the lattices in the real domain; and application of the second spreading function to the applied result of the operation.
