PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color selection supporting method, a color value acquiring method, an image processing method, a color selection supporting device, a color value acquiring device, an image processing device, and a program, where an operator can select a color close to a specified color with efficiency while confirming the validity of current work.SOLUTION: A chart simulation image 252 in which an arrangement of respective color patches 38 on a color chart 36c is simulated, is displayed. Color bars 254, 256, and 258 that match a tendency of color change according to the arrangement of respective color patches 38 are displayed together with the chart simulation image 252. Mark images 400, 402, and 404 that indicate a color presentation range by the color patches 38 within a color space represented by the color bars 254, 256, and 258, are displayed together with the color bars 254, 256, and 258.
