PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color selection support method, a color value acquisition method, an image processing method, a color selection support device, a color value acquisition device, an image processing device, and a program in which an operator is able to efficiently select a color that is close to a specified color.SOLUTION: A color of at least one of color patches 38 extracted as a candidate patch from a color chart 36c is measured. Based on an acquired color value of a specified color and a color value of the candidate patch, a corresponding position to the color value of the specified color on the color chart 36c is calculated. A chart simulation image 252 in which arrangement of the multiple color patches 38 on the color chart 36c is simulated is displayed while specified mark images 620 (642, 644, 648) which specify the calculated corresponding position is displayed with the chart simulation image 252.
