PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for irregular ground traveling, improved in puncture resistance by suppressing the growth of the fracture into an inner surface thereof even while receiving a fracture from an outer wall surface of the tire. PSOLUTION: The inner surface of the tire from one bead portion 2 to the other bead portion 2 has a 2-30 mm thick, inner liner layer 6 made of a rubber sheet 6g with closed cells 5 dispersed therein.
