PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content sum value calculation device, a content sum value calculation method, and a content sum value calculation program which can automate calculation of a use fee or the like of content and moreover strictly calculate the use fee or the like of content in a detailed charging system.;SOLUTION: In an embodiment, a new reception executing section included in a sales data capturing device acquires a captured original file in CSV format including the number of PVs (page views) from an external server.
