PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly calculate a sum which users should pay even when the use timings of the users are different among users.;SOLUTION: A use sum calculation device 10 includes: a use sum information generation part 11b for generating use sum information having identification information for identifying users and sum information denoting a sum which the users should pay; a use sum information recording part 11c for recording the use sum information in a memory; a first sum calculation part 11d for calculating a sum generated from a first point of time when the number of users changes to a second point of time when the number of users changes the next; and a second sum calculation part 11e for calculating a sum with which the users should be charged from the calculated sum and the number of users. The second sum calculation part 11e adds the sum with which the users should be charged to the sum which the users should pay, and the use sum information recording part 11c records the use sum information in the memory until the users finish their use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
