The multiplex sum operation device is provided with a plurality of input lines, a plurality of multiplying units, a storage unit, a charging unit, and an output unit, by executing the multiply accumulation operation by an analog circuit.A plurality of input lines are supplied with a pulse signal having a pulse width corresponding to an input value.A plurality of multipliers generate a charge corresponding to a multiplied value obtained by multiplying an input value with a load value based on a pulse signal input to each of the plurality of input lines.The accumulator accumulates the sum of charges corresponding to the multiplied values generated by each of the multipliers.The charging section charges the accumulation portion in which the sum of charges corresponding to the multiplied value is accumulated by the charge rate associated with the accumulation state of the accumulation portion.The output section outputs a sum sum signal representing the sum of the multiplied values by executing the threshold determination by the threshold value associated with the accumulation state of the accumulation portion with respect to the voltage held by the accumulating portion after the start of charging by the charging section.
