PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a quasi-continuous chromatograph for separating mixture of two or more multicomponents and a corresponding device.;SOLUTION: A device comprising a plurality of individual columns which are coupled to each other in the X direction in a circle is used for performing quasi-continuous processes of a chromatogram for separating the mixture of the two or more multicomponents.
