PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional tissue-constructing method by culturing a plurality of different cell types in the pseudo-microgravity environment.;SOLUTION: The three-dimensional tissue-constructing method includes co-culturing a first cell type of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a cell having pluripotency, a cell differentiated and derived from the cell, and a cell having deregulated proliferation potency, and a second cell type including a bone marrow cell in the pseudo-microgravity environment. Preferably, the cell having the pluripotency is selected from the group consisting of the bone marrow cell, a mesenchymal stem cell, a hematopoietic stem cell, a somatic stem cell, an iPS cell and an embryonic stem cell, and the second cell type is selected from the group consisting of a hematopoietic stem cell originated from the bone marrow cell and a floating cell component originated from the bone marrow cell.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
