Blood collection device and a blood test apparatus using the same

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting device preventing a safety device from being released by an erroneous operation. PSOLUTION: The blood collecting device comprises: a case body 22; a laser emitting device 26 provided inside the case body 22; a puncture button 25 for driving the laser emitting device 26; and the safety device 29 for evading the erroneous operation of the puncture button 25. The safety device 29 is constituted of sensor switches 29a, 29b and 29c operable from the outside of the case body 22 and a control part 76 connected to the sensor switches 29a, 29b and 29c. In the control part 76, the operation of the puncture button 25 is controlled to be effective on the basis of the AND conditions 101, 102 and 105 of signals outputted from the sensor switches 29a, 29b and 29c.
