Therefore, when the contactor 20 moves upward to a middle plate 28 and the guide plates 24 and 26, side surfaces of the guide plates 24 and 26 and the pair of spring portions 22B and 22C do not contact with each other, so that friction is not generated between the guide plates 24 and 26 and the pair of spring portions 22B and 22C, and the pair of spring portions 22B and 22C smoothly and elastically deforms. Consequently, the pair of spring portions 22B and 22C can finely exert the function absorbing impact when the contactor 20 contacts with the checking point.
