PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lipid film structure excellent in retentivity in blood and selective delivery to a target position in the case of applying the structure to a drug delivery system.SOLUTION: There is provided the lipid film structure containing a polyoxyalkylene chain-containing lipid derivative represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, L, Y, W, X, X, X, OA, Z, m1, m2, m3, n1, n2 and n3 are as defined in the specification).
