PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy selection of desired content data from a list.;SOLUTION: As album data is reproduced, an information addition part 16 adds the album data's ID information to a temporary list TL1 of the album data's ID information that is usable in selecting album data. Also, as album data is recorded, the album data's ID information is added. According to a history of reproduction or recording of album data, an information deleting part 18 deletes the ID information of the particular album data from the temporary list TL1, whereby the temporary list TL1 can be updated as there is a change to album data that is relatively likely to be selected by the user.
