PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffuser of a centrifugal compressor which can improve performance by combining blades having different entrance angles in the direction of the blade height and the centrifugal compressor having the diffuser.;SOLUTION: The diffuser of the centrifugal compressor includes a shroud side wall surface provided downstream of a centrifugal impeller, a hub side wall surface opposed to the shroud side wall surface, a plurality of shroud side blades 11 having base end parts fixed to the shroud side wall surface and a plurality of hub side blades 12 having base end parts fixed to the hub side wall surface. The sectional form of the shroud side blade 11 in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the blade height is a wedge form gradually widened from a front edge to a rear edge of the shroud side blade 11. The hub side blade 12 and the shroud side blade 11 have different entrance angles, and the end part of the hub side blade 12 in the direction of the blade height and the end part of the shroud side blade 11 in the direction of the blade height which is combined with the hub side blade 12 are combined with each other under a state that the end parts are overlapped over the length of a blade of the hub side blade 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
