PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless gold-plating liquid using a gold source which does not contain cyan, has good stability, does not greatly inhibit the deposition of gold, and besides, does not impair the physical properties of the film.;SOLUTION: This electroless gold-plating liquid includes a gold source, which does not contain cyan, and a decomposition inhibitor.
