PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle sensor which is usable for not a system which performs control by employing an AC servo motor, but a system which performs control to place a simple and compact link mechanism and two AC servo motors in synchronous operation.;SOLUTION: An angle sensor for an AC servo motor control system is characterized in that a capacity sensor with a sandwich structure which has concentric electrodes opposed to each other, and detects the rotation angle of a semicircular shielding metal plate between them is fabricated, one electrode is divided into two, and opposite-phase signals are added to obtain a capacity variation type angle sensor having a differential structure with one capacity-voltage conversion circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
