PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise detection apparatus capable of calculating the cycle of footsteps even if there is fluctuation in walking cycle or partial missing in footstep detection, a noise detection method and a noise detection system.;SOLUTION: A noise detection apparatus includes: a noise detection section 102 for detecting a signal of a noise; a cycle calculation section 104 which fluctuates the cycle of a triangular function in such a manner that an inflection point of a waveform drawn by the triangular function is matched to a plurality of detected noises and determines the cycle of the waveform matching the inflection point to the noises as the cycle of noises; and a determination section 105 which determines whether the determined cycle of noises is settled within a predetermined range and, when it is determined that the cycle of noises is settled within the range, determines that the plurality of detected noises are detection target sounds.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
