PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure of an instrument for atlantoaxial fixation which imparts stable atlantoaxial fixation force without requiring a high level of a skill from an operator and reduces a burden on the atlantoaxial in a treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.;SOLUTION: The instrument for atlantoaxial fixation includes a plate part 18 on an atlas side, a plate part 19 on an axis side, a plurality of screw holes 21, and screw members 17. The screw member 17 inserted into the screw hole formed on the plate part 18 is screwed on the atlas 7, and the screw member 17 inserted into the screw hole formed on the plate part 19 is screwed on the axis 11 to impart the fixation force to a part between the atlas 7 and the axis 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
