PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom sprayer simplifying the operation of a boom, and improving the operability thereof.;SOLUTION: The boom sprayer 1A includes a boom 5 having a center boom part 6 and a side boom part 7. The center boom part extends in the right and left directions of the boom sprayer, and the side boom part includes a sliding boom which is freely rotatably provided at the end of the center boom part so that the position can be changed in a closed position along a lateral part of the boom sprayer, and an opened position extending in the right and left directions, and freely stretchable in the longitudinal direction thereof. Furthermore, the boom sprayer is provided with an opening sensor device which detects that the side boom part is rotated and changed from the closed position to the opened position, and operates a hydraulic motor 37 for extending the side boom part, and changing the side boom part from a contracted state to an extended state, and a contraction sensor device which detects that the side boom part is contracted and changed from the extended state to the contracted state, and operates a hydraulic cylinder 39 for rotating the side boom part, and changing the side boom part from the opened position to the closed position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
