PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly and easily sense a change in weighing operation state.;SOLUTION: A load signal measuring device 3 measures the weight of wheels or axles of a vehicle passing on weighing tables of meters 4, 16 and 18 installed on the surface of a road. The load signal measuring device 3 and an in-vehicle control device 5 of a maintenance vehicle include wireless transceiver circuits 13 and 32. The load signal measuring device 3 diagnoses a weighing operation state of the meters 4, 16 and 18 and outputs the abnormal or normal determination result thereof. The load signal measuring device 3 transmits the determination result through the wireless transceiver circuits 13 and 32 to the in-vehicle control device 5.
