PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone)-dependent glucose dehydrogenase that improves reactivity under a high-concentration substrate condition.SOLUTION: The pyrroloquinoline quinone-dependent glucose dehydrogenase mutant that has an amino acid sequence of (A) or (B), and has improved reactivity to the glucose under a higher-concentration glucose condition than a wild-type pyrroloquinoline quinone-dependent glucose dehydrogenase and an application thereof are provided. The amino acid sequence of (A) is, in an amino acid sequence composed of a specific sequence, an amino acid sequence in which 368th isoleucine is substituted with threonine or alanine and the amino acid sequence of (B) is, in the amino acid sequence of (A), an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, added or inserted at a part except the 368th isoleucine.
