PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-layer thermal insulating film using a nano hollow particle consisting of a silica shell, which utilizes heat resistivity and transparency of the hollow particle consisting of the silica shell having an external diameter in the range of about 10-300 nm.;SOLUTION: Colloidal calcium carbonate, silicon alkoxide and a base catalyst are added into water to be mixed, silica is precipitated on the surface of colloidal calcium carbonate by hydrolysis reaction of silicon alkoxide, and thereafter calcium carbonate in a silica layer is dissolved by acid treatment to form the hollow particle which consists of the silica shell having a shape similar to a cubic and the external diameter in the range of 10-300 nm. The thermal insulating film 15 using the nano hollow particle consisting of the silica shell, wherein the hollow particle is homogeneously dispersed in a clear synthetic resin film; a UV (an ultraviolet ray) cut film; and an IR (an infrared ray) cut film are laminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
