PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide regenerated concrete which has volume not remarkably large compared with waste concrete used as starting raw material, and gives a practical performance in the field of civil engineering and construction by using whole amounts of reclaimed materials (regenerated coarse aggregate, regenerated fine aggregate, by-product fine powder) obtained by processing waste concrete, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The regenerated concrete is produced by using whole amounts of reclaimed materials comprising regenerated coarse aggregate and regenerated fine aggregate obtained by processing waste concrete from demolished concrete, and by-product fine powder generated in obtaining the regenerated fine aggregate, and is characterized in that the by-product fine powder is 10-25 wt.% among the total amounts of the reclaimed materials and the volume of the regenerated concrete is 3.5 or less times the volume of the waste concrete.
