PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a top plate for a radiotherapeutic bed suppressing displacement of a movable part by a simple structure where the movable part mutually switched between a side frame method and a center spine method is eliminated.;SOLUTION: The top plate for the radiotherapeutic bed includes: a fixing plate 6 installed on the radiotherapeutic bed 20 and a separation plate 9 detachably connected to the fixing plate 6. The separation plate 9 includes a separation plate frame 5 having a fixing plate connection part 52 reversibly connected to the fixing plate 6 and a bar arm 51 extended in a longitudinal direction of the separation plate 9 from the fixing connection part 52, and a plurality of division side plates 2, 3, 4 detachably connected to the separation plate frame 5.
