PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for checking applied color of a makeup cosmetic allowing a user to check the applied color simply and hygienically, when applying the makeup cosmetic on a desired place (for example, on a lip part or the like) for applying the makeup cosmetic.;SOLUTION: Foundation color of applied surfaces (A-D portions) 101-104 to which the makeup cosmetic such as a lipstick is applied is the color that simulates the skin of a human body such as the lip part.
