PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional input system of the Chinese electronic apparatus in which: one Chinese character sound is inputted by pressing a key 1-6 times in a full pinyin method which is not related to the phonological system in the main stream of Chinese personal computer.SOLUTION: Semi-vowels i, u, and u (added with upper two dots) are set on a syllable-onset keyboard to reduce the number of keys on a syllable-rhyme keyboard while an existing method of automatically switching a keyboard is succeeded in a double pinyin method that reflects Chinese phonological system. This enables a one-to-one correspondence for a character sound with 2-3 times of key stroke sequence, to significantly improve the human interface as well as to make it possible to employ the conventional dictionary of the full pinyin method as it is. Furthermore, each of the syllable-onset keyboard and the syllable-rhyme keyboard is divided in two parts, which are switched over manually, and two syllable onsets having complete complementarity in a connection relation with a following syllable rhyme are assigned on the same key, for inputting them simultaneously. Thus, a mobile input terminal is realized in which, while the key stroke sequence is made to correspond to the character sound on the one-to-one basis, the number of times of pressing a key is equal to or less than that on a personal computer of the full pinyin method.
