PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the human interface of a Chinese input electronic apparatus greatly, by establishing a most concise input system, where a key stroke sequence and pronunciation are in one and one correspondence, in a frame of a 3 row 10 column or 3 row 5 column bi-pin system.SOLUTION: In a case of a so-called zero initial, complete one and one correspondence of kanji sound and key stroke sequence is achieved, by setting so that one of a set of finals is called when an initial code key for instructing input in zero initial is stroked once, and the remaining final is called when stroked twice continuously.
