PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pan capable of being efficiently manufactured by using a die assembly, while taking into consideration both vertical and horizontal installation properties outside a room. PSOLUTION: This drain pan 93 receiving drainage from an indoor heat exchanger 21 of an outdoor installation-type indoor unit 5, comprises a water receiving member 101 having a bending portion 111 having a wall portion 109 at its periphery, bendable and extending across the almost full width in the width direction, and a first structural member 103 and a second structural member 105 respectively integrally mounted on the water receiving member 101 through the bending portion 111 at a back face of a side opposite to the wall portion 109 of the water receiving member 101, and having a heat insulating function. The water receiving member 101 is bent so that the first structural member 103 and the second structural member 105 are intersected at the bending portion 111, and mounted on the outdoor installation-type indoor unit 5 in a state of covering two directions of the indoor heat exchanger 21.
