PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently calculate connection relation among fastened parts.SOLUTION: A computer aided device 1 comprises: a storage unit 11 which stores parts information including the three-dimensional geometry of each part and the position where the part is arranged where the part is functioning; an containment geometry calculation unit 12 which retrieves parts information of fastening parts which fastens different parts from the storage unit 11, and calculates containment geometry which contains the three-dimensional geometry of the fastening part which is contained in the retrieved parts information; an interference part retrieval unit 13 which retrieves parts information of parts that have interference with the containment geometry based on the arrangement position of the containment geometry calculated by the containment geometry calculation unit 12; and a connection relation determination unit 14 which determines immovable directions among the parts related to the parts information retrieved by the interference part retrieval unit 13 based on feature the fastening part has.
