PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for downloading and installing a plurality of programs.SOLUTION: A installation control device comprises: program specifying means for specifying plural programs to be consecutively installed; download means for consecutively downloading plural data for installation which corresponds to the plural specified programs; determination means for determining completion of a download of the plural data for installation and each completion of installation of the plural specified programs; and starting means, when installation for one of the plural specified programs is completed and then the download of data for installation which corresponds to another one of the plural specified programs is completed, for starting the installation using the data for installation which corresponds to the other specified program.
