PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic settlement correcting device and an automatic settlement correcting sleeper using granular materials capable of preventing back flow of the granular materials.;SOLUTION: An automatic settlement correcting device comprises an inner cylinder (121) which is installed in a sleeper body (11) elongated in a manner of crossing traveling rails (R1,R2) and houses plastically deformable granular materials (123) so as to discharge the materials, an outer cylinder (122) into which the inner cylinder (121) is inserted so as to be relatively displaced and which houses the granular materials (123) discharged from the inner cylinder (121).
