PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine component concentration measuring apparatus, a toilet bowl device having the urine component measuring device and an inspection object solution component concentration measuring method, capable of providing a sure and highly accurate measuring result, even after raw urine is mixed in pooled water, without directly sampling the raw urine.;SOLUTION: The apparatus has a toilet bowl, a measuring pooled water supply means for supplying a reference substance and measuring pooled water set to the pre-urine-mixing reference substance concentration in a bowl, a post-urine-mixing reference substance concentration measuring means for measuring the post-urine-mixing reference substance concentration being the concentration of the reference substance of urine-mixed measuring pooled water, a pooled water component concentration measuring means for measuring the pooled water component concentration, and a urine component concentration calculating means for calculating the concentration of a specific component included in urine based on the pre-urine-mixing reference substance concentration, the post-urine-mixing reference substance concentration and the pooled water component concentration.
