PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise measuring circuit for highly accurately observing power-supply noise which occurs from LSI (Large Scale Integrated) circuits etc.;SOLUTION: A maximum reference value hm and a minimum reference value hn are set on the basis of a voltage level of noise iz. Since reference values ha, hb and hc are set to comparators 24-26 by dividing a voltage between the maximum reference value hm and the minimum reference value hn by resistors 34-37 according to the number of the comparators 24-26, it is possible to highly accurately observe the waveform of the noise iz.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
