PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain discharge amount and consumption of consumed carbon dioxide gas by regions and by countries from global map information, satellite images and additional information. PSOLUTION: This system performs matching of coordinate axes of dynamic information including satellite images of a specified area, and static information including map data by latitude and longitude, performs combined analysis, discriminates types of the dynamic information and computes data of discharging factor of carbon dioxide gas containing at least one of green tract area, number of vehicles and electric power consumption from houses or factories. The discharge amount of the carbon dioxide gas of the specified area is computed by combining the computed discharging factor data of the carbon dioxide gas and statistical data.
