FAULT-TOLERANT SYSTEM, MASTER FT CONTROL LSI, SLAVE FT CONTROL LSI, AND FAULT-TOLERANT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an FT control section to be connected to multiple I/O paths at a low cost in a fault-tolerant system.SOLUTION: This fault-tolerant system (an FT server 1) includes: a CPU system 100 being one of multiplexed subsystems; an IO subsystem 300; slave FT control LSIs 220 and 230 acquiring fault information from the CPU system 100 and the IO subsystem 300; and a master FT control LSI 210, when the CPU subsystem 100 or the IO subsystem 300 breaks down, determining a command to perform a separation control based on fault information acquired by the slave FT control LSIs 220 and 230, and the slave FT control LSIs 220 and 230 perform the separation control of the CPU system 100 and the IO subsystem 300 based on the command determined by the master control LSI 210.
