PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to conduct the analysis of nuclear thermal hydraulic kinetics rapidly, if any abnormal transient changes occur during the operation of a boiling water reactor and if the evaluation of the integrity of fuel becomes necessary. PSOLUTION: A system has a plant kinetics simulator 30 which can evaluate the transient behavior of a plant by simulating nuclear thermal hydraulic kinetics of a core; a core management system 21 which monitors and manages the state of the core; a process management system 22 which monitors and manages process quantities of the plant on the basis of measurement data on it; a transient phenomenon management system 20 which records and manages transient measurement data on the plant; a data linkage management function 31 which links these systems with each other through a network and carries out data transfer and processing required for the linkage; a database management function 32 which manages the measurement data on the plant, data input to the simulator and simulation results and a user interface function 33 which inputs and outputs those data for users.
