PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source driving method, a light source device for carrying out the same, and a display device including the light source device, for maintaining the luminance uniformity by stably adjusting a plurality of light source parts to have the same current.SOLUTION: A light source device of the present invention comprises a plurality of light source parts, a power supply part, a current selection part, and a current adjustment part. The plurality of light source parts are connected in parallel to each other and each have a first terminal and a second terminal. The power supply part provides power to the first terminal of the light source part. The current selection part selects, as a reference current, any current of the current flowing to the light source parts. The current adjustment part adjusts the current flows to the light source part to be the same as the reference current. Therefore, preferably, the current flows to the light source part having the maximum forward voltage among the plurality of light source parts is selected as the reference current by the current selection part.
