PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 16S rRNA methylase gene imparting new resistance mechanism, an inspection method for the gene, a primer for the inspection method, an inspection kit to use the primer, a probe, an inspection agent using the probe, a protein produced by the gene, an inspection method for detecting the protein by using the protein, an antibody against the protein and an inspection agent containing the antibody.
