PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which can irradiate at least the periphery of a solid body to be heated with microwaves uniformly while limiting increase in size of the device, and to provide a microwave heating device using multiple wave guides, and an adsorption regeneration device.;SOLUTION: The adsorption regeneration device 100 where an adsorbent 10 is heated comprises a first microwave oscillator 40, a second microwave oscillator 60, and an annular waveguide 20. The annular waveguide 20 is connected to the first microwave oscillator 40 and the second microwave oscillator 60, respectively, so that microwaves generated in the first microwave oscillator 40 and second microwave oscillator 60 can be introduced. The annular waveguide 20 has multiple slits S opening to the side where the adsorbent 10 is arranged.
