PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel allocation device capable of improving data transmission efficiency of other users more than before in the case of continuously transmitting divided packets.;SOLUTION: The channel allocation device in a radio communication system for dividing data of a size equal to or larger than a threshold and transmitting it as division data includes: a buffer part 15 for division events provided with a buffer for division events storing the division event corresponding to the transmission of the division data; a buffer part 16 for non-division events provided with a buffer for non-division events storing the non-division event corresponding to the transmission of non-division data; and an allocation processing part 19 for generating the division event or the non-division event, storing the division event in the buffer for the division event, storing the non-division event in the buffer for the non-division event, reading out the stored event on the basis of a prescribed rule, and allocating a band to the read event.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
