PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for displaying a route for passing near merchandise of a high purchase probability and advertisements, etc., on the basis of the purchase history of a customer.;SOLUTION: An in-store guide system includes: a sales management terminal for inputting data of sales to customers in a shop; a management server for storing the locations of merchandise in the shop and the purchase history of the customers inputted by using the sales management terminal; and a customer terminal 21 movable in the shop together with the customer, for receiving the specification of the merchandise. The customer terminal 21 includes: a data acquisition part for acquiring the locations and the purchase history from the management server; a terminal control part 35 for guiding the customer to a moving route obtained by retrieving the moving route from a present position in the shop to the location of the merchandise specified by the customer, extracting the merchandise of a high probability of being purchased by the customer as via merchandise on the basis of the purchase history, and executing control so as to provide the customer with the information of the via merchandise in the moving route; and a display part 25 for displaying the moving route and the via merchandise in the moving route.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
